Track items in Solution Explorer

A gem I saw in my twitter feed not long ago (via @philliphaydon).

There's an option to make Visual Studio's Solution Explorer show you the file you selected. Pick a file on the left, the location will be opened in the Solution Explorer:

Projects and Solutions > General > Track Active Item in Solution Explorer.
